Terms and Conditions
Welcome to EzyGoTrip Tours and Travels. Before booking your journey with us, please read and understand the following terms and conditions carefully:
Extra Person Cost
- Children up to 5 years old are complimentary when sharing a room with their parents without requiring an extra bed. However, any milk or food for infants or children below 5 years will be chargeable and payable directly to the hotel.
- Note: Providing false information regarding age will result in the company reserving the right to charge the appropriate amount without any external objection.
Important Notes
- Check-in and check-out time is strictly adhered to, with check-in at 12:00 noon as per the policies of the homestay. Early check-in is subject to availability.
- Meal timings must be followed as instructed by the homestay. Any unavailed meals are not the responsibility of EzyGoTrip.
- Please note that homestays are categorized based on location, services, and cost and not based on star categorization.
- Sightseeing days may be rescheduled due to monument closures or weather conditions to ensure smooth execution of tours.
- Additional costs may apply for unexpected events.
- Confirmation of acceptance should be in writing, and no discounts will be provided after the issuance of the confirmation letter.
- Special inclusions cannot be guaranteed due to unavailability or any other reason, and guests cannot claim compensation if these inclusions are not provided.
- Guests are responsible for checking vehicles/rooms before departure and are advised to carry personal medicines.
Postpone/Prepone Policy
- Guests wishing to change their travel dates must inform us at least 30 days prior to the journey date via email.
- Guests can postpone/prepone their tour once if notified before 30 days of the travel date in writing. Additional charges may apply for subsequent changes.
- Some service providers may apply additional charges for postponement/preponement, which will be deducted from the advance amount deposited.
- All changes are subject to availability of accommodation, transportation, and seasonal considerations.
- No changes will be accepted within 20 days of the travel date, except in cases of adverse climatic conditions or strikes, which will be communicated in advance.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be communicated in writing, and the advance amount is non-refundable.
- In addition to the forfeiture of the deposit, the following cancellation charges will apply:
- 30 days or more prior to departure: 50% of total tour cost.
- 29 to 15 days prior to departure: 70% of total tour cost.
- 14 to 7 days prior to departure: 85% of total tour cost.
- 7 days or less prior to departure, or no-shows: 100% of total tour cost.
